Health and fitness are about more than simply becoming stronger, fitter or more flexible.

Our physical and psychological wellbeing are closely connected, and the way we move, think, breathe, rest and respond to the world around us can all form part of our overall experience of health and wellbeing.

My personal training approach focuses on the individual, not just the exercise. I combine experience, purposeful movement and appropriate challenges to create adaptable, enjoyable sessions that support confidence, physical fitness and overall wellbeing.

Move. Connect. Pause.

Adaptable, boxing-inspired fitness specifically for people living with Parkinson's. Combining movement, coordination, balance, strength, cardiovascular exercise, and cognitive challenges, with time to pause through mindful breathing and relaxation.

Living with Parkinson's can affect movement and many other aspects of everyday life, and people's experiences of the condition can vary considerably. Exercise is increasingly recognised as an important part of living well with Parkinson's, but there is no single exercise programme that will be appropriate for everybody.

Mindfully, Strengthen, Lengthen, Stabilise

Keogafit® is my holistic training system, bringing together physical exercise and mindful practice.

It combines elements including kettlebell exercise, yoga and yoga-inspired movement, breathwork and mindful meditation, encouraging people to challenge themselves at an appropriate level while developing greater awareness of the connection between mind and body.
